Established in 1972 by former pro-cyclists Carl “Willo” Wilson and Rob Wethers, Cyclesport has always focused on competitive cycling.   Cyclesport International is named after the original English road magazine.  Located in Thornleigh, Cyclesport became Sydney’s premier BMX Shop.  In 1990, Anthony May purchased Cyclesport and  over the years has grown the business into one of the most respected and identified bicycle retail outlets in Australia focusing on Road, MTB and BMX stocking major brands such as Cannondale, Giant and Felt. For many year Cyclesport has sponsored some of Australia’s Elite Cyclists and had teams in Australia’s major stage race “ The Bank Classic”. Cyclesport is staffed by a team of cycle enthusiasts whose focus is to make cycling enjoyable by providing the highest quality advice and service.
